Filet Mignon of pork, potato rosti, roast vegetables & jus

Roasted supreme of chicken, crushed potatoes with crispy chorizo served with a white wine and fresh chive sauce

Roast stuffed lamb, mustard mash & roast seasonal vegetables

Pan fried Fillet of salmon on a bed of new potatoes, topped with a homemade tzatziki

Confit of duck, sautéed potatoes, green beans & jus

Seabass served with a minted pea risotto

Lamb shank braised in red wine, mustard mash & redcurrent jus
